Delta Force Console Launch Delayed for Quality Enhancements on Liontamer Top Blog

Players eagerly awaiting the launch of the console version of Delta Force will have to exercise more patience. While those on PC tackle the challenging campaign, gamers on consoles are still unable to join in, with the release date pushed back beyond initial expectations.

During a recent question-and-answer session, game director Shadow Guo mentioned that the console edition won't hit the shelves in the first quarter of 2025 as initially planned. He explained that although advancements have occurred regarding the console front, further refinement is necessary. Player experience is paramount, particularly regarding controls and compatibility with gaming devices.

Guo emphasized the team's commitment to delivering a polished product, stating that they prefer to take additional time to enhance the console version rather than compromise on quality. As such, fans of the game will have to be postponed slightly longer than anticipated.

Despite this delay, the console version is confirmed and will eventually arrive. A detailed roadmap for its release will be shared in the future, giving gamers additional insights into when they can expect to play. For now, players can continue to enjoy Delta Force on PC while waiting for updates on the console launch.
