Red Bull Returns to Paris with Unforgettable Street Fighter 6 Kumite Event
As the much-anticipated event approaches, fans are gearing up for a thrilling weekend in Paris. Celebrating a significant milestone, Red Bull has confirmed the return of its Street Fighter 6 Kumite, promising an action-packed experience for all gaming enthusiasts this April.
The Kumite will take place on April 5 and 6, attracting hundreds of competitors to the vibrant city as they vie for the prestigious title of Street Fighter champion. The first day will feature a format where 256 players compete to narrow down the field to just 16 contenders for the following day’s battles.
On April 6, the final stage will see 14 out of the 16 spots filled by invited professional players. The remaining two spots will be claimed by the winners of the Last Chance Qualifier and the Play-In, held on April 5, giving more players a shot at glory. While the tournament will utilize PS5 as the gaming platform, details regarding the invited players and the overall prize pool have yet to be disclosed.
