No More Room in Hell 2: Full 1.0 Launch and Armageddon Update Transform Gameplay
Developers at Torn Banner Studios are preparing to complete No More Room in Hell 2’s transition out of Early Access and unleash its full 1.0 state in August. The final version is set to debut not only for PC users, but also "available on next-gen platforms like the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, signifying" a new milestone for the game.
The anticipated evolution will take effect on August 11, coinciding with the arrival of the Armageddon update. This update introduces a host of enhancements and modifications designed to enrich gameplay.
Armageddon’s new features include several exciting additions, such as:
- A Survival Mode that features three exclusive maps intended to test and refine players’ skills.
- An additional main Objective map known as Raven Rock. Set within a military installation, this map promises a distinct gameplay flow compared to earlier environments.
- A new Solo Mode, ideal for those who prefer a lone adventure or wish to practice strategies before joining forces with others.
- Weekly Assignments that offer a system of Credits and a fresh currency, allowing players to efficiently manage their cosmetic purchases.
- An expanded character customization suite that offers further personalization options.
- A Rescue Beacon feature, meant to safeguard a Responder from fatal setbacks; this advanced item will be rare and come with a steep cost.
