Gaming enthusiasts can look forward to a noteworthy addition to the Nintendo Switch library this November. The acclaimed Stalker series is gearing up for its debut on the handheld console, a move that has generated considerable excitement among fans.

During the recent Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, GSC Game World announced that the Legends of the Zone Trilogy—comprising the original three titles of the Stalker franchise, namely Shadow of Chornobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Prypiat—will launch on November 14. This collection has been specially adapted for the Nintendo Switch, ensuring compatibility across TV docked, handheld, and tabletop modes, along with features like gyroscope support and touchscreen controls.

According to GSC Game World, these modifications aim to provide an immersive experience within the Chornobyl Anomalous Zone, offering both returning players and newcomers an authentic adventure.

The Legends of the Zone Trilogy made its debut for gamers earlier this year, available on systems including Xbox One and PlayStation 4, while being playable on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PlayStation 5 via backward compatibility. Prior to this, the classic Stalker titles were limited to PC, with recent enhancements tailored for console gameplay.

Additionally, GSC Game World has plans to launch Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl on November 20 for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC, and it will also be available on day one for Xbox Game Pass. This anticipated title faced a two-month delay from its original September 5 release date to address pressing bugs. Stalker 2 had previously been postponed in January from its initial Q1 2024 timeframe for similar adjustments.
